Darrell Scott - Family Tree #310

I had the pleasure of seeing this guy perform at the New Song Festival in West Virginia. There was so much great music there, but Darrell Scott stood way above the rest. Three or four of my friends thought the same. This album is breathtaking in its storytelling, instrument diversity on certain songs, its top notch vocals by Darrell. His voice is sensitive but powerful. In concert, he brings tears to many and can touch the hearts of almost everyone. He is technically one of the best guitarists I have seen. He seems like a very humble, gentle human being. Many people have recorded his songs. You have to check this out. If you like the CD, you'll be blown away by his live performances, too. Enjoy this great artist.
